By using transfrumr.com you agree to these terms. They protect both you and the service. Plain language whenever possible — legal language only where needed.
Service definition
transfrumr is a public, read-only football transfer rumour intelligence board. We aggregate, attribute, and score third-party reports. We do not author original news.
Eligibility
You must be 13 years or older to use the service. By submitting any form you confirm you meet this requirement.
Acceptable use
Permitted: browsing, sharing card links, citing data with attribution to transfrumr.com.
Not permitted: automated scraping outside the public API, bulk republishing of our content, attempting to identify other users, circumventing rate limits, or using the service to harass any person.
User-submitted content
When you submit a tip, correction, takedown, or source suggestion you grant transfrumr a non-exclusive license to review, store, and act on it for operating the service.
Do not submit defamatory, private-life, or copyrighted content you do not have permission to share.
Source content
All third-party reports remain the property of their original authors. transfrumr links and summarises within fair-use limits and does not redistribute full articles.
API usage
Public API endpoints are rate-limited. Higher quotas require a key (see /api-docs). Commercial usage requires written consent — write to data@transfrumr.com.
All API consumers must credit transfrumr.com on any surface where the data is displayed.
Disclaimers
Information is provided as-is. Rumours are by definition unconfirmed. transfrumr does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Do not make wagers, contracts, or financial decisions based solely on what you read here.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, transfrumr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend access for users violating these terms or attempting to harm the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Seoul unless prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection law.
Changes
We will publish changes here and in /changelog. Material changes take effect 30 days after publication.
